ABOUT ME
Agnieszka Kasperska is a Research Assistant at LabFam and a PhD student at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School, both at the University of Warsaw. Her research interests include employment, gender, and family studies. In her PhD thesis, Agnieszka explores how labour market changes driven by new technologies affect working conditions and the position of women and men in both the workplace and broader society. Before joining the University of Warsaw, she worked as a Consultant at the United Nations in Nairobi, where she contributed to the implementation of socio-economic development initiatives and assisted in drafting policy briefs and official reports. She also holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England (UK).
