Anna Kurowska

Anna Kurowska is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw. She is a political scientist and economist with a particular expertise in comparative care regimes, family policy, female employment, gendered division of labour, work-life balance and the capability approach applied to social policy analyses.

Anna Wielgopolan is a project manager, dealing mostly with LabFam administrative issues and dissemination. Her experience encompasses international and national projects based on various financing schemes, focused on research, science communication, training and education, including life-long learning.

Ewa Cukrowska-Torzewska

Ewa Cukrowska-Torzewska is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences University of Warsaw. She is an economist, with a special interest in labour market issues, gender inequality, parenthood and fertility in relation to the labour market position, family policies and gender norms.

Wojciech is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. His research interests focus on technological change and labour markets; creative sectors and digitalisation; and gender norms. He is also a member of the DELab UW team.

Chen Luo is a Research Assistant at LabFam and a PhD Researcher at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences University of Warsaw. She is an economist working on the demographic consequences of globalization-driven societal transformations in labor markets and culture. She is also interested in interdisciplinary research on gender equality.

Honorata Bogusz is a Research Assistant in LABFAM and a PhD Candidate at the University of Warsaw (2021-2025). She is an Econometrician, mostly interested in applications of statistical and computational methods in demography, as well as the role of automation in labor markets, gender equality and family demography.

Ilyar Heydari Barardehi

Research fellow at the University of Warsaw. He is passionate about understanding various types of households’ social and economic challenges. He adopts a multidisciplinary investigative approach to pursue his research interests which revolve around a broad range of family-related topics, including gendered roles, labor market decisions, family policy, family demography, and aging.

Magdalena is a Ph.D. researcher at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School at the University of Warsaw. She is an economist interested in subjective well-being and its relationships with reference income and labor market outcomes. She is passionate about data analysis and econometric modeling.
